Previously, I wrote -

Oh dear! read the docs for version 3 whilst running version 2.11
(wipes egg off face)
Now I have loaded and compiled version 3, I am puzzled that the first
line of output is
<!DOCTYPE {etc}
instead of the familiar Content-type: text/html
Where have I slipped up in the installation - cannot see any reference
to this in the FAQ.
All help greatly appreciated.
