No, and neither can WebTrends. Webtrends makes some assumptions about the state
information based on the domain registrationat Internic. But just because IBM
Corporation's Registration address is in New York doesn't mean that anyone at
ibm.com or ibm.net lives in that state. Webtrends will say they do. (See the
Analog documentation on how the web works for a complete discussion of this
type of thing.)

Maybe. First, you can't necesarily know the user unless all your web pages
require authentication (this is in the FAQ and How the Web works in the Analog
Docs). However, it is possible to specifically exclude all your own website as
a referrer from the report, thus creating a report that lists only pages that
are the "first pages". This isn't perfect but it is an estimate. I noticed
however, that you are using MS-Extended log format, which doesn't include
referrer info (I think). You should probably switch the server to W3C format
and add the referrere fields if you can.
