TYPEOUTPUTALIAS (there's no TYPEALIAS) will still leave two lines in the
report.
If your file system is completely case-insensitive, you want
CASE INSENSITIVE.
Note that extensions aren't in general case-insensitive. For example, *.c is
different from *.C on a Unix machine. (In my experience, Unix users can't
understand why other people want two names for the same file, and other
people can't understand why Unix users want two files with the same name. :)
