I usually end up seeing the answers before the questions (8-)
I also would expect that folk looking for answers would prefer if most people (who
might reply to their questions) were seeing it in real-time rather than digest. As
it is, our mail system connects in to collect mail on a regular basis, but it's not
permanent. I tend to assume that someone else has probably answered the questions
posed before I see them.
