Well, ... The problem is that you want to include it in the filename as
well. And sometimes there can be another %v on the line (in fact the second
parameter can sometimes include %v). So you would have to have some rule
like: copy part of the filename into %v unless there's another %v on the
line. Might be a bit confusing.

Double counting only means that the time periods overlap. No more
sophisticated test is applied.
