Well, the PAGEINCLUDE is right, but the problem is that your LOGFORMAT is
still a tiny bit wrong.
Look at the bit that says "%r %j" and try matching it against
"GET /howa/gif/home_gif/home6.gif HTTP/1.0". You get
%r = GET
%j = /howa/gif/home_gif/home6.gif HTTP/1.0
So all your files are called "GET"!!!
You want "%j %r %j" inside the quotes instead. Then
%j = GET
%r = /howa/gif/home_gif/home6.gif
%j = HTTP/1.0
and everything is happy.
