The line for /frmain.htm is the total for the time period. The 24,325 is an
average. So they can't really be compared at all.

You had 487,686 requests in the time period of which 92,260 were for pages
of which 20,319 were for /frmain.htm.

There could be something wrong with your LOGFORMAT then.
