LOGFILE can take a second parameter, namely the domain name to associate with
that logfile's entries. This allows you to distinguish (and separate) similar
filenames from different web sites in a single report. Try something like
this:
LOGFILE logfile1.log http://www.something.com
LOGFILE logfile2.log http://www.somethingelse.com
