The problem is almost sure to be that no information about what domain a
particular log entry goes with is being logged. The simple solution is to
split it into two log files. This is one of the points the FAQ makes.
There are many other possibilities and many possible fixes, which is why
Stephen referred you to the FAQ directly. There is a long discussion of
different ways to set this up so it works in there somewhere.
