Not all reports are on. There are 32 reports in total in version 4.0, and
you only get 13 by default. If you put ALL ON you will get everything (at
least, everything that your logfile records).
Having said which, I did make a mistake in 3.90beta1 by having both search
reports off by default. In 4.0, the Search Word Report is on by default,
although the Search Query Report is still off.
