This means your logformat is screwed up.  Your logformat directive is
commented out.
it need to be active ahead of the LogFile directive.

This is the format I use
LOGFORMAT (%Y-%m-%d %h:%n:%j %S %j %r %q %c %B %f)

You may have different options selected but you're welcome to use it as a
guide.

It's need to ahead of the Logfile directive for the log file(s) it applies
to.
