That log format is NCSA Combined format, Analog should recognize it 
automaticaly. You might want to comment out the APACHELOGFORMAT command, 
even though it should work just fine.

Another issues is that you are trying to read a .zip file, but your 
UNCOMPRESS command is for a .gz file. Try this one:

UNCOMPRESS *.zip "C:\Program Files\Pkware\Pkzipw\Pkzipw.exe"

that is assuming that "C:\Program Files\Pkware\Pkzipw\Pkzipw.exe" exists.

You could also try un-zipping the log file manualy and running Analog on 
the unzipped copy as a double check.
