There should be an entry in your error log. This means that anlgform.pl could not
run Analog, just like the message says. When you run wit qv=1, it never runs
analog, just ouputs the to the browser what it will be sending to analog. You say
you tried running anlgform.pl from the command line with the qv=1 parameter, but
have you tried without. Maybe you'll get a message telling you why it isn't
running. (For example, rights).
