Just to be persnickity, that reply may give arbitrary results (AFAIK) so
you might be better doing
FROM 000101:0000
TO 000201:0000
Which is from zero hours on the first of Jan to zero hours on the first of Feb.
Hmm that leaves an extra second... Maybe it should be TO 000201:2359?
