Well, a about 10 months ago, my job was to find the best web site analysis
tool I could. I was using analog in the interim. (I use analog now for all
of my personal web analysis) But anyways there are 3 companies who do none
logs analysis Marketwave (which was bought or merged with somebody)
Andromedia, and Accrue. My personal choice and best recommendation was
Accrue and it was a $124k and that was just for a single site (physical
location), Andromeida was my second pick... We ending up buying there
stuff.. I didn't think they were as good but, the CTO made the purchase
while he was out of town at a trade show. And last place was marketwave..
their solution just sucked and I was using them to put pricing pressure on
the other 2... Marketwave was by far the cheapest at 45-70k There may be
more packet sniffers out there but those are the top 3.
