Does the form you are using on the server specify a CFG file? (the "cg" input 
field). If you can edit that cfg file, add the PAGEINCLUDE command. If you 
don't have access to the CFG file, you can try to specify your own, or you can 
ask your provider to add the line for you.

PAGEINCLUDE *.shtml

You'll have to reanalyse your logs, though, as far as I know. If you 
have cached the result of earlier analyses, I don't think adding this 
command now will change the output. (I could be wrong, though, as I 
don't cache my results).

With version 4.x you can - the search reports are on by default, I 
think. The default analog.cfg file includes definitions for most of the 
popular search engines, but if your server is on an Intranet, for 
example, you'd have to add your Intranet search engine.
