You run Analog once for each report that you want. If you
want a report on all traffic to the box, regardless of
which host is addressed, you run Analog and point it at all
of the logfiles. If you want 10 reports, one for each
separate virtual server, you run Analog 10 times, pointing
it at the appropriate set of log files

For example, you could have a batch file like this:
ANALOG +gall.cfg
ANALOG +gserver1.cfg
ANALOG +gserver2.cfg
....

and the cfg files would look like this:

ALL.CFG
LOGFILE C:\LogFiles\W3SVC1\*.log SERVER1
LOGFILE C:\LogFiles\W3SVC2\*.log SERVER2
LOGFILE C:\LogFiles\W3SVC3\*.log SERVER3
... (other report specific settings)
OUTFILE all.htm

SERVER1.CFG
LOGFILE C:\LogFiles\W3SVC1\*.log
... (other report specific settings)
OUTFILE server1.htm

etc.
