PAGEINCLUDE REGEXP:/[^.]*$
This should work on Unix wih versions >= 3.90 and other platforms with
version 4.1.

It's not obvious to me. At least on our server, we have almost no scripts,
and lots of files without extensions. Of course, it may be different on your
site. But depending on your directory structure, you could maybe just do
PAGEINCLUDE /cgi-bin/*
which would be safer.
