It wouldn't be. The Referrer field comes from the visiting host, so it
is local to the visiting host, not to your server.

Someone at 193.189.191.246 (or behind it, if it's a firewall or proxy server) is
running a local search engine. You might want to do a User Agent report for
193.189.191.* and see if you've had any spiders visit you from that domain in
the recent past. (Though the index could have been created through a different
route altogether, at least in theory).
