Ok, this is slightly offtopic, but here goes.
My favorite analog report is the domain report -- I'm continually
impressed how easy it is for people all over the world to
retrieve information.
Now, what would be really, really cool, is to plot the domain
report on world map. For example, if there was a .uk in the domain
report, I'd like to see the United Kingdom either with a little
star over it, or perhaps shaded a special colour.
This would be a fun indicator on how widely (geographically)
a web site has been viewed.
Now, that's probably out of scope for an analog feature request,
but maybe people can point me towards a program that can take an
analog domain report and produce such a map. Clearly I can't be the first
person to think of such a thing. Any tips are appreciated -- being a
programmer, I can probably write it myself, but would like to
start from as an advanced a base as possible.
