Analog will not run without a LANGFILE, and when you run Analog from
C:\InetPub\wwwroot\logs\analog, it looks in
C:\InetPub\wwwroot\logs\analog\LANG\uk.lng automatically.

But when you run it from C:\InetPub\wwwroot\scripts (or wherever), it
looks for the LANG file in C:\InetPub\wwwroot\scripts\LANG\uk.lng, and
fails, because it can't find it.

Add ERRFILE C:\Analog.err to your config file to see the actual error
Analog is encountering, and it should bear this out.
