I understand and have been able to work around this. I set Applescript to
wait until Analog quits with an OSAX called sleep. Basically it sleeps
the script until Analog is no longer running, then goes onto the next
loop.

I'm trying to pass the command line (I think my syntax is correct here)
+Gpathtofile:configfile.cfg
Basically, I'm trying to tell Analog to run using a specific file, which
is drawn from a list. It isn't working though. I get a message that my
logfile contains a large number of corrupt lines, and can't be processed.
As I stated before, the same config file works fine if I drag and drop
it, or if I rename it analog.cfg and place it in the same folder as
Analog.
