Hi folks,
I've looked through the mail archives but can't see anything to help,
but apologies if this question has been answered before.
Here's the problem :-
I've compiled Analog 4.1 using gcc on a virtual server running Linux and
Apache 1.3.11,
having first edited anlghead.h with my settings (e.g.
/home/user/etc/analog-4.1/).
The compilation produces no errors, but when I run Analog I get this :-
analog: Warning F: Failed to open domains file
/usr/local/analog/domains.tab: ignoring it
analog: Warning F: Failed to open logfile
/usr/local/apache/var/logs/access_log: ignoring it
so Analog has ignored the path information that I set (all starting /home/),
pre-compilation,
in anlghead.h and is for some reason trying to use these paths that don't
exist.
I've re-checked anlghead.h and re-compiled a couple more times, but with the
same result.
I'm sure I've missed something obvious, but any help would be most
appreciated.
Thanks for your help
Mark
