>From the file docs/include.html#FROMTO (Analog 4.1):
"The simplest usage of these commands is FROM yyMMdd or FROM yyMMdd:hhmm,"
and
"FROM -00-00-00:-06+01 # statistics for the last 6 hours"
So the commands you are looking for would be something like
FROM 000503:0230
TO 000503:0330
