Does your logfile actually log the request as http://www.beuh.eu.org/~pb/ ?
Or just /~pb/ with a virtual host listed as a separate field? If it's the
first, FILEALIAS should do the job, if this the second, just ignore the
Virtual host field (modify your LOGFORMAT if necessary).
