The LOGFORMAT and APACHELOGFORMAT command apply to LOGFILE commands that follow them
_in_the_same_config_file. To specify a default logformat that applies to the current
and all later config files (including command-line settings), use DEFAULTLOGFORMAT
or DEFAULTAPACHELOGFORMAT.
