Except for the single quotes on the referrer and user agent, this looks like combined
format to me. Try
this (on one line):
LOGFORMAT (%S %j %u [%d/%M/%Y:%h:%n:%j] "%j%w%r%wHTTP%j" %c %b `%f` `%B`)
