Good Morning,
My name is Jody Sites. I'm doing some work for an Internet Company in New York
City. They want me to give them numbers of Unique Users, as well as User
Sessions. They currently run an Analog report for the individual URL's. In the
past, they have used Webtrends, LiveStats, and KeyLime. Each of these programs
delivers the requested numbers, but they also have their own imperfections,
and my employers are unhappy with these services.
I read through your explanation concerning these type of Statistics, that
there is no real correct way to calculate them. But, my employers would still
like to see them. Do you know a way for me to solve my problem?
