Actually I came across a perl script called WebTester available at
http://awsd.com/scripts which generates a very nice report on a web site. One
of the reports it generates is a list of broken links from each page containing
them. It also runs locally on the server so it doesn't affect your web
statistics. Hopefully this will do what you are wanting.
