Sorry, could not find in the docs any reference to these 2 reports.
Have I got finger trouble?

I now have 31 log files for month of May. Two of them - May 30
and 31 - are in ascii form. The remaining files are in .gz
archived form.

Within my config.cfg file, I have the following lines that I think
are relevant:

    LOGFILE acces*
    UNCOMPRESS *.gz "c:\utils\gzip -cd"

My copy of gzip is ver. 1.2.4 d/18 Aug 93, located in my c:\utils
directory.

Analog finds each of the .gz log files, but reports back on each:

     access.may25..gz: file not found

The report I currently generate reports back:

Analysed requests from Tue-30-May-2000 00:10 to Wed-31-May-2000
  21:29 (1.9 days)

Obviously, Analog is only looking at the 2 log files in ascii form:

    access.may
    access.may.0

All my acces* log files are residing within the main Analog
directory

Suggestions on how to correctly uncompress the .gz files and read
them would be appreciated.

Regards,

Terry
