Have you tried setting REFFLOOR to 1r? that is:
REFFLOOR 1r
It could be that the number of referrals from each of your referring sites
falls below the default floor. And, once you do get a referrer report, you
may want to use REFREPEXCLUDE to exclude referrals from within your own
site from the referrer report (but not from the entire analog report).
There are several other REF* command - just look in the docs.
