When the perl script calls analog.exe, the "working directory" for the
analog process is the directory of the perl script, not the directory that
analog is physically stored in. So analog is looking for analog.cfg in the
cgi or script directory, and, when it doesn't find it, it's looking for the
lang folder in the script directory.

Put a one line analog.cfg file in your script directory, with just

CONFIGFILE G:\Alogprog\analog4.1\analog.cfg

That should help Analog find everything it needs, as long as the original
cfg file uses fixed paths, rather than relative paths.
