We are trying to find the appropriate command to exclude hits (successfull requests) that are reported in the General Summary.(GS) Our site is being monitored by Keynote but we do want to see them in our stats. They have advised us as follows: "Most log filtering programs allow you to filter hits based on browser type. The Standard Perspective Agent browsers are identified by the following unique browser string: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; Keynote-Perspective) " We are still using version 3 and have tried all the exclude command we can find but nothing seems to change the GS. Can anyone help?
