   Not in the same report. Viewing "most" is easy with a floor of -50r,
viewing "least" is a bit harder, unless there is a +50r option I'm
unaware of, or you can do a reverse sort like BACK is but for non-time
reports...

   If worse comes to worst you can just floor of 0 and grab the top/bottom
50 lines of your huge report.

   DIRINCLUDE should do what you want.

2 : does analog check if the index.html fires 2 or more

   Analog doesn't know anything about the structure of your site- it
simply treats index.html and any of the frame documents it may load as
individual requests. Doing anything else would be against its general
philosophy.

   However, you can easily "fake" this sort of thing by using the
FILEEXCLUDE and ALIAS related commands if *you* know about the site
structure and want the reports to reflect that.
