when i run timeconfig it is not showing a check in the box :

Hardware clock set to GMT

nope...no TIMEOFFSET....

i'm guessing this is  RedHat issue but I can't figure out why the "date"
command is giving one value and analog is getting another time...

i'll let you know if i figure out what is going on...and if anyone else has
any ideas please feel free to email me!!!
