I fixed the problem. In case any of you are wondering how, it was really
simple. I just used cron (for info on how to use cron, go to
http://www.linuxnewbie.org/nhf/intel/misc/scheduling.html) to setup a
schedule for moving config files and running analog. First it moves a
config file to /etc/analog.cfg that inputs one log and outputs a report.
Then it runs analog. Next it moves a second config file in, which has
different inputs and outputs. After it moves the second one in, replacing
the first, it runs analog again. I have it keep doing this until all the
files are processed. It does it every morning. I'm sure most of you guys
figured this out long ago, but I thought I'd explain it just in case.
