Thanks but this is where I started, because I didn't have a LOGFORMAT
command and wasn't getting the analysis of the CGI querystrings.

So now I'm confused ! What I have is a logfile where the page selected
e.g. /scripts/asp/webpage.asp is in a separate field from the query part
e.g. E,2344 so I am only getting a request count on the
/scripts/asp/webpage.asp and not on the actual query :
/scripts/asp/webpage.asp?E,2344

Do I fix this by a LOGFORMAT command or some other parameter ?

You don't need a custom LOGFORMAT with Extended logfile format - that's the
whole point of the #Fields line at the start of your log.

Just take the LOGFORMAT line out, and see what analog does.

"But most users don't ever need to know about this (the LOGFORMAT
command) because they have logfiles in a standard format(W3C Extended is
a standard format). So the best thing to do is just to try analysing
your logfile and see if analog will understand it. If it does, you don't
need to worry about LOGFORMATs".
