But my problem is that One file contains COMBINED and COMMON log formats , #COMMON LOG FORMAT LOGFORMAT (%S %j %j [%d/%M/%Y:%h:%n:%j] "%j%w%r%wHTTP%j" %c %b) In which the file requested has the virtual host name bs.my-mama.com - - [30/Jun/2000:12:39:32 -0400] "GET www.myvhost.com:/ HTTP/1.0" 200 9559 #COMBINED LOG FORMAT LOGFORMAT (%S %j %j [%d/%M/%Y:%h:%n:%j] "%j%w%r%wHTTP%j" %c %b "%f" "%B") In which the referer has the virtual host name bs.my-mama.com - - [15/Jul/2000:14:12:21 -0400] "GET /mill1.html HTTP/1.0" 200 16384 "http://www.myvhost.com/" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 98; DigExt)" Maybe Apache has a yet more different Common and Combined log format. Does anyone know what kind of settings Do I need for Apache CLFs or maybe are the forementioned settings correct for apache. The other thing that makes it all so much worse is that these log files also contain other vhost information. BUT if I REFINCLUDE I automatically exclude all common log format entries, is there any better way?? Please help,..
