Unless I'm totally mistaken, it's a matter of changing the type of log your webserver 
uses. For instance, in Apache you simply change the log format from "common" to 
"combined" and then you get browser data, from which is drawn the OS data. (Sort of, 
I'm vastly oversimplifying here.)
