You've got your terms mixed up. You want to do a Virtual Host Report.
The Domain report reports on the domains that your visitors are from.
Analog has to do DNS resolution to find out what domains your users come
from, which is why it reports [unresolved addresses].
Analog doesn't care about the IP addresses of your virtual hosts, it
only cares about what's in your logfile. If all your virtual hosts are
logging into a single logfile, and your logfile contains a field
indicating which entry belongs to which virtual host, then that field
will be %v in your LOGFORMAT, and you can use turn on the Virtual Host
report with
VHOST ON
in your config file
If your logfile doesn't indicate while line belongs to which Virtual
Host, then Analog won't be able to create a Virtual Host report.

One report, one run. Run Analog for each Virtual Host. If the logs are
so large that this is really time consuming, you can have analog dump
it's analysis to a cache file (and not create a normal report) the first
time you run it, and then create the reports by running against the
cache file, instead of the log files, so that the analysis cycle can be
skipped.
