Just some hints:
Has analog detected the right logformat? Add "DEBUG ON" to your
cfg-file and check the debug output (something like "Detect that its in
Microsofts version of extended format"
should appear) on the screen.
You may force analog to assume that it is IIS by adding "LOGFORMAT
MS-EXTENDED" to your
cfg file.
You may also specify your own LOGFORMAT, search this mailing list, I think
there were some
suggestions for IIS (or look at the docs).
