Well, in that case it's not finding the browsers in your logfile. You did
put the LOGFORMAT command before the LOGFILE command, did you? Try with just
something like
LOGFORMAT %B
LOGFILE agent_log
and no other logfiles and see what happens. If you like you can also use
SETTINGS ON
to check that all the options were set correctly.
