This could be a permissions problem. I'm not certain, but I believe the user
that runs the scheduled tasks for AT (and other services) does not have
permission to access network resources. It may be possible to change this from
your User Manager (there's a permissions settings dialog, and you can set it to
'advanced' mode or something where it shows all rights and all users).
