You could try one of the other dns resolving programs on the Helper
Applications page. These are often faster and can be run as a separate
process, but may or may not resolve more. The real problem may be your name
server or the name server for the hosts you are getting.

They are either excluded with REFEXCLUDE/REFINCLUDE or are below the floor
for the report. Try REFFLOOR 1r and REFSITEFLOOR 1r to get all listings.
