Use SMB notation:

LOGFILE \\WWW1\Logs\W3Svc1\*
LOGFILE \\WWW2\Logs\W3Svc1\*

Or map the remote locations to local drives and use those.

The best way to make AT work, is to write a batch file and run that batch file
from AT. As will all schedulers, make sure that all your paths are
fully-qualified.
