You can use multiple LOGFILE commands, but you will get warnings about 
possible double counting due to overlapping time periods. You shouldn't 
need to worry about this if the logs are from separate servers. You can 
turn this off with the WARNINGS command (see docs/debug/html).

No, you can't show distinct host counts for virtual hosts in Analog. I 
think this is part of the cross-reference report FAQ item, but it could 
be something that could be enable for only the virtual host report, 
perhaps in the next major release (hint, hint).
