The 30,906 requests are for pags, graphics, and everything else. Only 
one of them is for a page. So probably these four directories are you 
images and downloads directories.

Likely the reason these directories aren't listed is because they are 
below your floor (which sounds like 2p). Try setting a floor of 1r or 0b 
to get them all.
