IIS does the logs in GMT. It has nothing to do with you system time.
There is away to go through and add the time in the reporting.

It seems in my hourly report the time is delayed by six hours. eg the hits
shown for 18:00 hrs should be for 12:00hrs.
I am running NT4 with IIS4 using extended log format. How can i correct
this.
