Each of my domains also has it's own \logs directory and logs. I have set
up a situation where each log is named for a day (ie access-010219 for
today). Cron is set up to delete any day's log over 6 months old and
rename the "access" log file to "access-yymmdd" (as above). This gives me
a six month window for analog reports and prevents massive log buildups.
