Ah, of course!! I'm pretty sure that this is indeed the cause. I had
assumed that EXCLUDE-ed entries would not be reported upon AT ALL, but
it seems they are still counted in the "not listed" figure. I wonder if
a "# excluded" alongside the "# not listed" might clarify the report -
just an idle thought. :)

I'll check the figures with my site INCLUDE-ed and if there still seems
to be a problem I'll raise it again.
